"I wrote a review a few weeks ago when I wasn't too thrilled about this lip pencil in Roman Holiday. I hated how it dried my lips out. I recently purchased a lipstick base (Caudalie lip conditioner) and it worked wonders... I love the lip pencil now!! I feel like it stays on a lot longer without drying out my lips. I wear it everyday and always get compliments.
