"I came into the Sephora store looking for a neutral lip pencil to wear under glosses. I'd bought a Bare Escentuals liner which I liked but found too slim to effectively color in my lips. I originally wanted the Nars matte lip pencil but all the neutral colors ended up looking too chalky on my olive Asian skin. The specialist I spoke to directed me to Smashbox Doubletake Lip Color in Praline. I LOVE it. By itself it's a subdued beige color that's appropriate for every day wear. Under clear gloss - I like Bare Escentuals Buxom Lips in Dominique - it really looks amazing. The color end doesn't dry your lips out, either (which I found the Nars pencil to do), and it has a nice satin finish. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with medium skin who has trouble finding a good neutral lip color.

    "This is my absolute fave lip pencil! This was my firt lip pencil I've ever tried. I like the thickness of it. I hate those skinny pencils. This is perfect for that light pink shaded lip. Looks gorgeous even without l/g. I am ADDICTED to the Gossamer lip color. OMG I literally buy this EVERYTIME I pass a Sephora b/c it's a limited edition and I don't know what I'm going to do when this is gone. The only negative about this I would say is that the color doesn't last very long, but I love this way too much to even care lol. I just keep it handy in my bag wherever I go. I love this!!!!!

    "I bought this in Gossamer and Cranberry, and I love them both. They glide on super smooth and stay on for a while. I love the idea of a thick pencil as lipstick, and I really love how the liner is on 1 end and the lipstick on the other. Gossamer is a really nude color, a bit shimmery, and Cranberry is a deep red. Love them both and plan to buy the other two.

    "Yowza! This is a sassy lip pencil, I just love it! I ordered the Cranberry color, and it is an eye-popping deep siren red. Nice! And the lipstick itself is creamy and smooth, and goes on like a dream. My lips are notorious for looking dry and pinched when I wear lipstick, and lip colors always fade quickly on me. This lasts a surprisingly long time, and it actually stays looking rather fresh on my lips and not dry. The nice plump pencil design makes it so easy to put on, too. Possibly the nicest lipstick I've ever owned, definitely worth the price... my only complaint is that it comes in so few colors!
